Tsepkolenko Vladimir Alexandrovich
General Director of the Ukrainian Institute of Plastic Surgery and Cosmetology “VIRTUS”,
Honored Doctor of Ukraine, M.D., Professor of the Dermal and Veneral diseases Faculty, heading the course in Aesthetic and Reconstructive Medicine at the Odessa State Medical University. The author of more than 150 scientific publications in medical magazines, has 4 medical inventions and two monographs titled as: “Laser Technologies in Aesthetic medicine” (2009), “Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery, Modern Aspects” (2000).
In 1991, Professor Tsepkolenko guided the foundation of the first private clinic of plastic and aesthetic surgery “VIRTUS”, which is the up to date Ukrainian leader in this sphere of medical services.

The clinic held two congresses of International Association of Plastic Surgeons and Oncologists in 2000 and 2005.
The method of aging skin types classification was developed and introduced into practice in 2002.
In 2005 the clinic became the basis of the Faculty of Aesthetic and Reconstructive Medicine at the Odessa State Medical University.
2007 – 2009 – were held international master-classes under the Auspices of ISAPS.
2008 – Vladimir Tsepkolenko founded Ukrainian Society of Aesthetic Medicine.

After graduating in early 1998 from Odessa State Medical University, majoring in surgery, Gennady Patlazhan further specialized his medical skills by attending the Professional Traineeship and Professional Refresher Training for Public Health Care Specialists programme, based at Yaroslavl State Medical Academy, under the guidance of Doctor and Medical Sciences Professor K. P. Pshenisnov, who is one of the founders and a certified member of SPRAS, which is affiliated to the American (USA) community of plastic surgeons. Upon completion of the programme he was officially qualified to practice the medical specialisms of: plastic surgery, reconstructive surgery, aesthetic surgery, microsurgery, and hand surgery.

Practices general surgery at Odessa Regional Hospital from late 1998 to 2000. In 2000 begins work as plastic surgeon in Plastic and Esthetic Surgery Clinic VIRTUS. During more than 6 years’ medical practice, he has performed over 2000 successful operations in many, diverse types of plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. Patlazhan is author of the monograph Plastic Esthetic Surgery - Contemporary Aspects. (In Collection: Health 2000. 232 pgs). Dr. G. I. Patlazhan has participated in 28 scientific conferences, symposiums, seminars and events at the international level. He is scientific consultant for the popular journal Plastic Surgery as It Is (Ukraine). Joint author of articles about breast reconstruction in Annals of Plastic Surgery (Russia). He holds two patents on rhinoplasty innovations. An article of using SMAS-flap in open rhinoplasty in Russian Rhinology magazine. Similarly, Dr. Patlazhan has joint authorship with Prof Pshenisnov in reports about esthetic surgery in Vienna in 2005, and the only report representing CIS (Commonwealth of Independant States) for an international Medical congress in Rio De Janeiro, 2006.
In 2006, Dr. Patlazhan performed some of the most difficult operations currently known in the plastic surgery project Beauty Factory: Made in the Ukraine. He is a specialist leading a new school of plastic surgery. Gennady has mastered the most complicated techniques in reconstructive face and body surgery.
His most preferred operations are rhinoplasty and mammoplasty, as well as all types of complicated deformations (birth defects) and secondary operations, including remedying earlier operations done by other surgeons. Gennady is a member of: the Russian Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (SPRAS); the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery (EAFPS), and is Ukraine's representative member for the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ISAPS).

Автор оригинального фаллопротеза и метода смешанного (интер-интракавернозного эндофалломонопротезирования) в хирургическом лечении эректильной дисфункции. Выполнение операций фаллопротезирования при эректильной дисфункции, деформации полового члена и болезни Пейрони, удлинение полового члена.

Владеет всеми техниками аппаратной косметологии, навыками работы с фототерапевтическим оборудованием, пилингами, массажными техникам испанской школы (лимфодренажный, миоинтенсивный, нейроседативный массажи).
В настоящее время курирует набор курсантов на курсы тематического усовершенствования кафедры кожных и венерических болезней с курсом реконструктивной и эстетической медицины ОГМУ: «Дерматокосметология», «Лазерная дерматология», «Пластическая хирургия».
Занимается лечением псориаза и других хронических дерматозов (витилиго, себорейный, атопический дерматит, красный плоский лишай и т.д.). 2008 год – ТУ «Дерматокосметология» (кафедра реконструктивной и эстетической медицины с курсом общей стоматологии, ОГМУ).
2009 год – ТУ «Лазерная дерматология» (кафедра кожных и венерических болезней с курсом реконструктивной и эстетической медицины, ОГМУ).
Автор более 10 научных работ. Принимала участие в подготовке книги В.А. Цепколенко «Лазерные технологии в дерматологии и косметологии», Киев, «Эстет», 2009г.).
Выступала на ІХ Международном конгрессе по прикладной эстетике и косметологии в Украине Киев, 2009г. с докладом на тему «Лазерное удаление татуировок».

1999 – Graduated from the Odessa State Medical University. Earned Master’s degree at the Department of General Med. Practice.
2001 – Defended her Family Practitioner Master’s Thesis. Worked as a family physician at one of the city’s outpatient medical centers.
2004 – Completed ultrasound diagnostics training at the Odessa State Medical University. Worked as an ultrasound diagnostics physician at the Children’s regional hospital
Since 2007 – has been working at the diagnostics department at VIRTUS Institute. Was one of the first doctors in Ukraine to master in ultrasound skin diagnostics.
Author of more than 10 research papers.

Since 2007 he has been an associate professor at the Odessa State Medical University, department of dental surgery. Fellow of the Association of Dental and Maxillofacial surgeons of Ukraine, fellow of Ukrainian Implantology Association, ICOI member.
Since 2007 he combines teaching and practical activities as dental surgeon at VIRTUS Institute. 
Bakun Alexander Mikhailovich
1986 – Graduated from Lvov Medical Institute, department of dentistry. Completed dentistry and therapy internship working at the City Outpatient Medical Center.
1990 – Completed half a year specialization program in micro-implantation at the advanced training department of the Leningrad Medical Institute. Achieved second specialization as prosthodontist. Has been working in the field of aesthetic dentistry in the stomotological section of VIRTUS institute since its foundation.
2002 – Completed professional training course in Aesthetic Dentistry at Kiev Medical Academy of Schupik
2006- 2007 – Was awarded a certificate of completion for the educational program of Maxim Lisnukhin (Ivolkar-Vivadent) regarding metal-free implantation.
