Operative procedure.
Length: from 2 to 3 hours. General anesthesia. Incision is placed within the temporal hairline area. SMAS is repositioned and secured at its new location. Corrects puffy bags below the eyes by removing excess fat and improves too prominent lacrimal grooves. Facial lower two third incisions location scheme

Patients should stay at the clinic for 24 hr postoperatively and then come for dressing changes.
Lower lids sutures are removed after (within) 5 days, temporal area after 10 days.
