So the sooner reconstructive surgery is performed the less negative its psychological impact for the future patient’s well being. Grade 3 left breast tubular deformation, right breast congenital hypertrophy After: Left breast tubular deformation reconstructed by periareolar lift, implant placement and incisures Right breast expansion result by smaller volume than left breast implant placement, combined with periareolar mastopexy. Maximum stay at the day care center is 1 day. Patients then spend a couple of days at a hotel and come to the clinic for postoperative dressing changes. Recommended term to remain in country is 10 days
